Iron Grip MAX® dumbbells are designed for elite athletic programs and commercial facilities that require ultra-heavy dumbbells. A 10-inch head diameter creates a more compact profile and centers mass closer to the handle for improved balance and range of motion. The XL® handle measures 1 3/4 inches in diameter end to end to challenge and develop grip strength.
