The BodyKore Stacked Series Seated Row strengthens the upper body for pulling movements. Upper body strength supports posture and helps protect the shoulders.

This plate-loaded seated row features independent movement arms, diverging pulling angles and regressive strength curves that reduce force at the bottom of the movement and allow a full range of motion. A large footplate and chest pad increase stabilization for greater muscle concentration, and multiple grip positions provide variety.

High-density cushions provide safety and comfort, and the frame is made of 11-gauge steel. The machine is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000 lb.
