The BodyKore Isolation Series GR636 Assisted Chin / Dip provides assistance for pull-ups and dips, exercises that strengthen the upper body. Folding arms allow the user to switch from dips to chin-ups without leaving the machine, supporting proper chin-ups and pull-ups that target the biceps and deltoids.

The machine also suits users who want to perform high-resistance negative bodyweight movements, which it supports smoothly and safely. The knee pad lever supports up to 220 lb. The machine is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000 lb.
