Full Description

Designed by Torrey Vaughns, the patented Ab Slider is an ab bench designed to target the lower abs. The user sits reclined and uses the legs to move the weighted carriage up and down the sliding rail.

The Ab Slider is constructed of heavy-gauge rolled steel tubing with 10 seat adjustment points for different user heights, and the sliding carriage can be loaded with up to five 45 lb Olympic plates.
