The FL1811 Adjustable Hack Squat provides a natural squat movement that targets the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings. The oversized footplate allows several foot positions for safety and workout variety.

Independent movement arms, diverging and converging motion paths and an adjustable footplate (46.8° to 56.63°) combine in a plate-loaded hack squat built for long-term use. The machine is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000 lb.
