The FL1806 Super Squat is designed for bodybuilding, conditioning and rehabilitation exercises. A protection hook assists with beginning and ending each set, so users can squat safely without a spotter. A contoured shoulder pad, backrest pad and rubber foot pad provide comfort, and four easily accessible weight horns allow quick changes between sets.

The plate-loaded Super Squat follows a natural squatting motion while reducing back and knee strain through a curved arc of motion, and it uses a standard counterbalance for a lower starting resistance. It primarily targets the quadriceps, and to a lesser degree the glutes and hamstrings. The machine is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000 lb.
