List of data: name; company and job title; phone number; Telegram; email; city; information about the facility and project; area; equipment categories of interest; budget; desired timeframe; comment; attached files; form language and address; date and time of submission; technical data necessary to protect the form from abuse.

Purposes: processing the inquiry; contacting me; clarifying the task; preparing selections, calculations, and commercial proposals; taking steps prior to entering into a contract at my initiative; conducting business correspondence; ensuring form security.

Permitted actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, disclosure to parties processing data on behalf of the Operator, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without the use of automation tools.

Consent is valid until the specified purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless other storage is required by law or contract. I can withdraw my consent by sending an application to welcome@unitedfitness.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its receipt.

Consent does not apply to promotional mailings. A separate voluntary consent is required for them.
